Capture the transaction before waiting

Record the transaction ID, sending wallet, destination address, BTC amount, network fee and broadcast time. Verify the destination against the deposit order shown in the authenticated cashier. Never include a seed phrase, private key, wallet password or recovery words in a support case.

Follow confirmations on the correct chain

Open the transaction ID in an independent Bitcoin block explorer and record its confirmation count and block time. A wallet's completed label may mean broadcast rather than casino acceptance. Use the cashier's current confirmation threshold; do not borrow a number from another operator or an old review.

Reconcile the credited amount

Save the casino deposit ID, detection time, credit time, internal currency and credited value. If conversion occurs, request the BTC/AUD or BTC/account-currency rate and timestamp used. Separate blockchain miner fees from any operator conversion spread or account fee.

Escalate one missing stage
